Trunk Club - Messaging Service (Active Response)

Trunk Club is an online styling service that connects users with their personalized apparel stylist. In 2016, I helped design a messaging experience that allowed users to immediately chat with a stylist via desktop and mobile messaging application. This experience was called "Active Response".

Sofar Sounds ios App - User Research

Sofar Sounds is a global music community connecting concert goers with up and coming bands in intimate venues. In 2016 and 2017, I performed user testing sessions with users in San Francisco and Chicago to provided localized feedback on prototypes of the Sofar Sounds iOS app. 

 

Marine Layer - Customer Service Chatbot prototype

Marine Layer is an apparel retail startup committed to bringing the softest clothes to the world. I partnered with them on a capstone project for a product bootcamp I attended at Product School. I created a high fidelity prototype in Sketch and InVision to provide customer service via chatbot.

Trunk Club - Stylist Operations Transformation (Active Response)

Along with helping to design the Active Response messaging experience for the user, I also planned and executed operational changes to ensure stylists were able to provide first-time users with the best service possible.
